Nurse Practitioner - Terre Haute, IN
Home Doctor For You, Inc. is seeking Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home visits throughout Carmel and surrounding areas. This position works under the supervision our physician completing house call visits. Home Doctor For You, Inc. is seeking candidates who have previous experience with the geriatric population, have strong working knowledge of community resources and share the same understanding that patients thrive best in their home setting.
The position is part time and full time with schedule flexibility.
Requirements:
- Licensed NP
- Active DEA number preferred or in the process of obtaining
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Flexible with traveling to locations needed to be serviced
- Available to work a minimum of three days a week
- Assist with on call if needed
- Comfortable with electronic documentation
- Able to complete a clinical training in Carmel IN
